Every Petra trailer kit is welded and inspected at our China factory before it ships, with structural joints checked and frames hot-dip galvanized for long service in harsh conditions.

Frame and chassis welds are made by trained operators and inspected for penetration, bead profile, and alignment before parts move to assembly. Load-bearing joints are checked against drawings so each kit holds its rated payload.

Frames and key steel components are cleaned, pickled, and dipped in molten zinc to form a metallurgically bonded coating. The result is durable protection for agricultural, construction, and rental service in harsh environments.

Inspection points cover incoming steel, fit-up, welding, galvanizing, and final kit verification against the GA drawing. Records follow each batch so dealers and fleet buyers can confirm what was checked before shipment.
